NAVY 35, MISSOURI 13

HOUSTON | Twenty-four seconds into the Texas Bowl, Missouri grabbed the lead on a vintage 58-yard catch-and-run touchdown by Danario Alexander. Never again were the Tigers in control of the game or of a Navy team that ran and passed over and around MU’s defense all day long.

Before a half-empty crowd at Reliant Stadium, the Tigers couldn’t keep up with Navy in a 35-13 loss.

HOUSTON | One replay booth review cost Navy a touchdown. Another, on the very next play, gave the Midshipmen a second chance. And Navy holds a 14-10 lead over Missouri at the half of the Texas Bowl.
